As an educator with extensive life experience, I seized the opportunity to complete the SVEB Certificate for Trainers – Conducting Learning Events. My goal was to develop personally, embrace new challenges, and gain fresh perspectives. The school itself (located in Bern) is a pleasant place. Alain Studer (previously) and Shanon (currently) are doing a good job as program directors. It's clear they put in the effort. There are occasionally minor points (communication to some extent or organization) that could be improved.
