I can't judge Rubicon as a whole. However, they are listed as the developer of the lost and found software. This software is in a deplorable state (see details below), thus directly preventing the return of found items. If this problem stems from a lack of resources on the part of the lost and found offices, I will gladly correct this rating as soon as Rubicon terminates its partnership with the lost and found offices, forcing them to take this sham solution offline. The search results show items found BEFORE the stated loss date – without any way to filter or sort the resulting 100 results. These 100 items can't be a coincidence; they are presumably 100 seemingly randomly selected hits from the database. Therefore, it seems possible that my item was actually found but isn't even being displayed.
