The voice assistant is a disaster; four to five minutes of talking for nothing, and the voice assistant keeps saying, "I don't understand you." Then another 15 minutes or so, and it's still the same sentence: "We'll be with you shortly." Triage would work better if you could simply press 1, 2, 3, etc., depending on the topic. What about people with speech impediments?
Good agency. The people are competent and provide excellent advice to clients in all matters. I've never had any complaints.
What bothers me is that when I call, there's only an answering machine with messages in German... so I don't know which key to press to speak to the right person. If this situation is corrected, I will revise my rating. This has been going on for several years.
