The staff is super friendly and welcoming. On multiple occasions have they joined in on wholesome fun (mainly when the dbz game was still available), they offer aid if needed and never make you feel uncomfortable or burdensome. The variety of products is great, although I do find myself wishing for a wider range of classic books.

if I could put negative stars I would have. Absolutely horrible shop. Extremely rude staff, unhelpful and very very snobby. The moment you walk in you know you aren't welcome there. I had such a horrible experience that I was in tears by the time I walked out of the shop. I will absolutely never ever step another foot in this store, or any store of the same chain. And as I see from the rest of the reviews people have exactly the same experience as me. I will never suggest to anyone to shop there. Fnac should be ashamed for this service and the stuff they hired. They are absolutely horrid.

Reserved an item on the second live fnac site. No confirmation by email, barely was able to get someone on the phone after 2 days of calling and no emails on the site to contact by email. On my call I got an answer and the item was sold we had no time to check the reservation. What is the purpose of reservation in this case? A complete negative impression of the service. Update: got a reply and seems it was wrong information. Got my item all seems o be fine.

Being the ONLY alternative to find vinyls in Biel makes it worth. Yet, the book store has no English section (come'on! Even Kiosks have English books!), the hi-fi is limited to a bunch of standard headphones and the rest, well, nothing you can't find in Fust...
