SWITZERLAND INNOVATION PARK BIEL/BIENNE AG — Aarbergstrasse 46, 2503 Biel, Switzerland

I had a very bad experience at this place today with Caroline at the front desk. I was sitting at the reception area waiting for someone and my phone rang twice which I immediately declined. I was reading my emails and whatsup messages. Not talking to anybody . I did not even look at her or talked to her. The next moment she shouted at me from behind the counter that I am bothering her and she has a lot of work to do and because of the conference for the last two days she can't do her work. If you are a receptionist at a conference centre you must get used to people and noise. Her frustration was at the people attending conference but she took out on me. Not a nice memory of Switzerland and Biel/Bienne.

A very nice building and very friendly staff. I was there for the MedTech Innovation Event 2021 and I enjoyed it very much.

The building itself is okay. But whoever came up with the name "Fab Lab" should consider changing it, as this name can be extremely misunderstood.
