Riposa not only produces exceptionally comfortable, high-quality mattresses (we have the Riposa Opera 140x200cm, purchased four years ago), but even after a period clearly exceeding the warranty, they remain open to customer concerns and willing to improve their product in one crucial aspect: where previously only five handles on three sides allowed the mattress to be turned in only three directions, the company has now, as a goodwill gesture, retrofitted all four sides with a total of six handles, thus enabling the mattress to be turned from all four sides. Riposa truly takes its own standards seriously! Excellent! We wholeheartedly recommend Riposa and wish the company all the success it deserves. Riposa has more than fulfilled its promise. We are sincerely grateful; such a commitment to service deserves the highest praise.
