I've known this kiosk for over 10 years and have never had any problems with the staff. If you're nice and ask nicely, you'll get nice service ;)
Once again: As a customer, I was approached by an employee in a very unfriendly manner. I only said "Hello" because there was no one behind the counter. Then she snapped at me.

Very unmotivated and unfriendly employees. If you don't feel like working on Sundays, you should find a new approach instead of taking it out on the customers!
