This is a true hidden gem! The Cordonbleu was amazing and there even was a vegetarian option, everything freshly made at the restaurant. The staff in this family owned restaurant was warm and friendly, creating a cozy atmosphere. I'm already planning my next visit 🤩

We visited Restaurant Brülmatt for the first time this evening – a spontaneous decision that was well worth it. The restaurant is a typical village pub with plenty of charm and character. The dining room feels like it's been frozen in time – rustic, simple, and cozy. Anyone who appreciates nostalgic pubs will feel right at home here. The terrace is particularly noteworthy: it has the potential to be a real highlight. Unfortunately, it was still a bit too chilly during our visit to fully enjoy it, but on warmer days, it's easy to imagine relaxing there and enjoying the view of the surrounding greenery. The service was friendly and attentive; we received a warm welcome and were well looked after. However, we did have to wait a little longer for our food at times – that was the only slight drawback of the evening. But the wait was definitely worth it: the food was excellent! We especially want to highlight the cordon bleu – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. It's undoubtedly a house specialty, and worth the visit for that alone. The service was friendly and attentive; we received a warm welcome and were well looked after. In conclusion: If you appreciate an authentic village pub atmosphere, friendly service, and good food, Brülmatt is the place for you. We'd gladly come back – perhaps next time.

Excellent cordon bleu in various styles. There's something for everyone that will make your taste buds explode. Highly popular and highly recommended! Great team and service. The whole family was satisfied.
