We were thrilled with the product designs. Delivery was scheduled for May 2024. Unfortunately, the fountain and a trough broke during the first summer (the adhesive came loose!). The second delivery, also scheduled for May, never arrived. Dynaco has not responded to our complaint regarding the missing delivery! Multiple inquiries to different addresses have received no response to this day. Very disappointing. We will never order from them again and will not recommend the company or their products!
A disappointing experience I ordered a garden fountain with a stated delivery time of 2–5 days. However, after inquiring, I was informed of a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. Consequently, I canceled the order. Unfortunately, communication afterward was very difficult. My initial response was followed by two unanswered emails. Only after contacting PayPal and opening a case did I receive my refund. It's a shame that the customer service was unsatisfactory.
Update... After receiving an automated email confirming my order was packed, contacting the company proved very difficult. Email inquiries were only answered after repeated requests, and no one was reachable by phone during business hours on either of the two phone numbers. I have since obtained contact information for the shipping company and have been able to get in touch with them.
Delivery, delivery times, and product quality were excellent. The customer service was very fast, helpful, and competent. I would gladly order again and highly recommend this company.
I placed and paid for my order some time ago (March 15th, today is March 28th). To date, I haven't received a shipping confirmation, and customer service isn't responding to my messages! Absolutely stay away from this company!
It's a shame that it's not possible to give zero stars. Despite paying, I received payment requests. Then I received a message saying the ordered item was sold out. I haven't received my money back to this day. I can only warn against ordering from this seller.
