⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved eating at Restaurant Kashmir Mahal in Interlaken. The food tasted authentic and freshly made — the lamb karahi and chicken tandoori were full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Portions were generous and the spices were balanced, not overpowering. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable. If you’re looking for proper Pakistani/Kashmiri food while in Interlaken, this place is a must-visit. Will definitely come back!

We visited Kashmir Mahal because it was close to our hotel in Interlaken, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Their pakoras were crispy and tasty, and both the lamb biryani and chicken karahi were full of flavor. We asked for extra spice, and they adjusted everything perfectly—just what we needed on a cold evening. Friendly service and delicious food made this a very satisfying meal. A great spot for flavorful Indian comfort food in Interlaken!

Great tasting food, staff were helpful and accommodating to our personal tastes (e.g. we like it more spicy) and nice views if you sit outside. Tasted like home!

5 stars all the way! The biryani was amazing and the chicken tikka kebabs were just like home. After traveling through Switzerland for more than a week, this is the first time we had a proper meal. Special shout out to Zaeem and Arsal who took exceptionally good care of us.

Service was 10/10, food is delicious and i finished everything down to the last drop, and I had to buy some more for takeaway. Will come back again tomorrow for more yummy food :) highly recommended!

I was touring the area and stumbled upon this restaurant. Decided to eat lunch coz feeling hungry. Tasty food and good service. Huge portion for the dishes I ordered. Price is standard Swiss price.
