First, I'd like to mention that I don't usually write reviews. However, after about a year of regularly delivering new customer vehicles, I'd like to make an exception here. The collaboration with MAN Otelfingen is more than just an excellent partnership; I would personally describe it as a fantastic experience. The appearance and cleanliness are outstanding. But what truly impresses me are the employees. Friendliness, helpfulness, and competence at every level. I would especially like to commend the two workshop foremen and vehicle acceptance specialists, Mr. Beat Füglistaler and Mr. Doru Rotari. Always friendly, always striving for a smooth process. You also almost always receive background information on various MAN products and the Swiss Road Traffic Act (SVG) as well as the technical regulations (VTS). For example, a historical context: "Until the 1960s/70s, the maximum width for commercial vehicles in Switzerland was 2.30 m according to the older Road Traffic Act (SVG), which was later increased to 2.55 m." To take the time for this amidst all your other extensive responsibilities is truly remarkable. P.S. I have many years of experience with various brands and dealerships. Thank you so much!

I can highly recommend this MAN workshop. We travel permanently with a TGM 18.320 with a camper conversion. Whenever we're in Switzerland, this is the only MAN workshop we consider. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, and they always manage to find a slot, even on fully booked days.

The MAN Otelfingen experience deserves personal recognition. Today, during the delivery of a customer vehicle with a refrigerated body, I experienced something truly remarkable – far exceeding what one usually expects. The appearance and cleanliness were top-notch. But even more importantly, the conduct of everyone I encountered was outstanding: +++ Specifically: friendliness, competence, and helpfulness. This applied to every employee I came into contact with, especially the two delivery drivers (unfortunately, I don't have their names). This speaks volumes for MAN and the team in Otelfingen. P.S. This review is from the perspective of a German with experience with many brands and dealerships.
