A perfect location for information centres of tourists. Location just opposite to of Dock front, Railway station and bus bay. Well furnished office but the staff do not attend.

Free luggage storage is available, and you can retrieve it before closing that evening, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly. Compared to Interlaken, which doesn't offer free luggage storage, staying in Brienz is a wise choice. There are very few Asian people, and the atmosphere is truly European and rural. I highly recommend visiting.

A very functional tourist office, located on the lakefront near the ferry dock and train station. Well stocked with tourist information, it also offers luggage storage. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always smiling.
