I swung by 5 minutes before closing to grab a tire and a few assorted spares. Peter was welcoming and very helpful and we chatted for a while. Great guy, great shop, lots of parts in stock. Thank you! Highly recommended!!!

If I could give it a 6 or higher, I definitely would. Excellent service. Because the workshop was busy, the owner gave me a filler kit so I could top up my Magura brake system with oil myself. I'd done this before, so I had absolutely no problems. Top-notch service from a very helpful owner.
I spontaneously stopped by the bike shop today because my son's bike had a problem with the rear derailleur. We received immediate, comprehensive, and extremely friendly service. It's a shame that bike shops like this are under so much pressure. I hope this shop in Brienz can continue to serve many more customers.
