The driver was very unfriendly and didn't help us unload the goods – we had to get everything out of the truck ourselves. After my complaint by phone, the company refused to take responsibility and even laughed at me. Stay away!
Poor company, they demanded that I unload 33 pallets of cargo even though I'm not a courier, I'm a driver, I drive 600-800km a day, I have enough work and that's enough... They take the cargo, they get paid for storing and loading it. I don't get anything for loading the cargo. They unloaded 5 pallets, raised the ramp and are testing my patience. They're engaging in mobing... this is disgusting...
