Absolutely overpriced! Ant control, for example, costs more than CHF 700. Be sure to ask for a quote!
We were recommended by Die Mobliliar, and we were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. They arrived on time, examined the problem, identified it, and resolved it to my satisfaction. They were also very friendly and helpful. If I ever need pest control again, I would call Insekta GmbH again.
To remove a wasp nest on my balcony, my property management company hired the company Insekta, stating that the landlord would cover the costs. When the technician arrived, he determined within minutes that the wasp nest was inaccessible in the partition wall and could only be removed with half a bottle of poison. A glance at the bottle and a quick Google search were enough to dissuade him, as the ingredients are also harmful to humans. The technician then spent about 20 minutes telling me anecdotes from his (professional) life and subsequently billed me for half an hour's labor and a flat-rate vehicle fee, which I acknowledged. Two months later, I received a bill from the landlord for CHF 145. Since this is considered a "minor maintenance service" (under CHF 150), I now have to pay it myself. My advice: Clarify the options by phone beforehand and, if in doubt, forego removal, as wasps usually disappear on their own.
I'm extremely satisfied with all the work that's been done so far, such as the cat netting. Our cats are especially thrilled with the fantastic cat netting solution. The staff were very friendly and professional.
