Absolutely outstanding service – highly recommended! After receiving more than 15 quotes, Paulo from Helvetic Umzüge stood out immediately. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions — from the very first call, he took the stress out of the move. From that point on, he remained fully engaged and extremely reliable. We received 100 moving boxes the very next day — and we actually used all 100! The moving team arrived exactly on time and was super friendly and professional. They explained clearly how the day would go. Carlos, the team leader, was amazing, and the entire crew exceeded our expectations. We ran into a challenge with some large closets that needed to be disassembled. Alex handled that part expertly, and later reassembled the wardrobes perfectly in the new flat. The move itself was smooth and efficient. All the large furniture was placed exactly where it needed to be. Carlos even organized our Keller (storage room) like a pro — we weren’t sure everything would fit, but he made it work perfectly. Paulo was always reachable and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. The price, quality, and service were all completely in line — no surprises, just excellent work. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Helvetic Umzüge without hesitation.
