One star, just because -inf is not an option. I don't understand the point of paying someone who doesn't know how to use a translator and who doesn't answer to emails, very unprofessional. Mrs. Sabrina Michel didn't reply to a single email. When I called to find out if she had received what was needed correctly she told me (very clearly) that the apartment was no longer available. The current tenant informed me that I was the only one who had visited the flat and applied up to that point, so I asked a friend who speaks German to contact them on my behalf, and then Mrs Michel denied everything, but I know what I've heard and it was not just a translation error (as she said). The reason for the exclusion (I suppose that I was excluded, because I didn't receive any communication from Mrs. Michel or Immolution, by the way, this was very predictable) was simply not speaking German or not being Swiss, which is highly discriminatory behaviour and which I had never experienced since I have been in Switzerland. So, does someone really need to pay for this service? If the answer is yes, at least hire a better agency.

0 point. Before our purchase reservation, the agent Mr. Imhof didn't explain the apartment doesn't include land rights. This point was not mentioned in their sales document either. During the apartment visit and purchase reservation priod, because I don't speak German very well, I exchanged more than 20 emails with Mr. Imhof but he didn't mention land rights topic in any of these emails. Later when I asked Mr. Imhof why he didn't explain this to me, he even said in phone call "you are not my client, the seller is my client". I have voice record for that phone call as evidence. This is inacceptable attitude. The land rights topic was indeed mentioned in the Grundbuchauszug, but only one phrase in 8 pages document. For a person doesn't speak German very well, it's impossible to find that. Later I shared these communication records with my banker and my lawer, they also think this is not the correct way to do the business.
