Not really client focussed. Not interested in offering solutions to their end clients and rather centered on (their) problems. The person I talked sounded openly bored when I asked about customized curtains solutions.

After three follow-up emails requesting a simple price list, I received only an aggressive reply asking for my customer number, which I don't have since I specifically wanted to know the prices. Since then, I've received no further response despite my follow-ups. This is completely unprofessional and suggests opaque and discriminatory pricing practices.
We've had these pleated blinds for decades; they're truly second to none. Recently, a consumable part broke. The service was sensationally fast; the replacement part arrived within a few days, and everything was repaired quickly. Now that's what I call good products: functional and durable because they can be repaired even after years. I highly recommend them.
