Great team! I emailed them and they responded quickly, even after business hours. A friendly loader quickly unloaded the chipboard at the third ramp or gate. You can park in front of the company gate, as long as there are no cars in the way or blocking access. There's a residential building behind them. There's a limited parking spot nearby, behind DHL, but parking is prohibited in other areas.
