They cannot deliver on time, yet somehow have no problem sending notifications saying the parcel will arrive “tomorrow” - which it never does. Day after day, the delivery gets postponed with zero explanation. When you call customer service, they act like this is completely normal and that the parcel was never really meant to be delivered anyway. Gaslighting at its finest. Packages sit at their depot for 3–4 days doing absolutely nothing before finally being delivered. Even worse, they sometimes claim they “attempted delivery” when no one showed up, no doorbell was rung, and no card was left. That is simply not true. This isn’t bad luck or a one-off issue - it’s a pattern of incompetence, misleading tracking updates, and terrible customer service. If you value your time or actually want to receive your package when promised, avoid DPD at all costs.
Extremely disappointing service. We stayed home the entire day expecting our delivery, but the driver made no real attempt to deliver. Nobody rang the doorbell, nobody called, and yet the tracking shows an “unsuccessful delivery attempt.” This feels like zero effort from DPD’s side. If customers are expected to wait at home, the least a courier can do is actually try to deliver the parcel. Very frustrating experience.
Ridiculous service. They are the masters of laziness and ignorance. They keep leaving packages on open street. Can’t press the button to ring, can’t put it in the mailbox (which is right at the same spot and package would fit nicely), and can’t even step through the open door to leave at the stairs. I just cannot understand how such company can even survive in Switzerland.
Extremely unhelpful customer service. After promising delivery every day for nearly two weeks — without a single attempt — they decided to return my parcel and told me to sort it out with the sender. Completely unacceptable. Never again!
DPD IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! D(ee)P(shit)D(elivery)!!!! Disgusting company!!! I signed hundreds of times to this useless company to drop my parcels at my letter box, but they ignore it!!! I gave to make phone calls all the time to get my things!!! I will go TO THE POLICE to make a formal accusation!!!! Enough!!!!!
Bad service, delivery was not on the place where described. When I make a purchase and the delivery service is DPD, the order is cancelled. Not reliable
