Highly competent advice and handling of my "E3DC system expansion" project with a wallbox from the same manufacturer. Would gladly use their services again.
The longer it goes on, the more dissatisfied I am with what was installed and how it was done. Perhaps that's just how it was back then, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. I simply hope they've improved things since then.

Overall, a good company with an interesting business model offering the option of in-house or outsourced work. The on-site consultation and construction support were absolutely top-notch. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the errors made during the solar panel installation. When I asked if the first panel was installed correctly, the answer was "Yes." We later had to dismantle the system to properly install and connect all 13 solar panels. It's also a shame that different solar panels than ordered, from the same brand and slightly larger in size, were delivered. Mistakes can always happen – but support should be offered precisely when they do. Luckily, I was able to sell the three extra solar panels immediately on Tutti. Therefore, my advice is: Check the solar panel delivery immediately upon receipt. Otherwise, I can recommend Go Solar ( ). The rest of the team seems very competent.
The advice during the quotation and ordering phase was excellent. I'm excited about the materials and the advice during installation.
