Buochs Airport is located near Lucerne, at the foot of the Alps and close to Lake Lucerne. Originally a military facility and later converted into a civil and industrial airport, it is now used primarily for private aviation, corporate flights, and activities related to the aviation industry. The area also hosts aircraft manufacturing and maintenance facilities, including those of Pilatus Aircraft.
Many Pilatus planes land here, nice airport and very safe
Any aviation enthusiast should visit this airport.
