A highly recommended cheese dairy!! The Bürg cheese dairy in Buochs impresses every single time! I enjoyed their roasted cheese again today – simply fantastic and incomparably delicious. The other cheeses, which I choose on-site according to my mood, are always of the highest quality and taste superb. The raclette is a particular highlight – I already knew it was especially good, as it's often offered at events, and it truly is always of the same top quality. An absolute must for all cheese lovers – everything here is just perfect!
