My experience with my apartment: The door frame on the apartment entrance door was installed crooked, causing the door to close by itself. On all the interior doors, the hinge screws were screwed in so crookedly that the veneer on the door surface warped or even cracked. The complete doors and door frames were replaced without any fuss by friendly installers, but it was quite a hassle for both me and Frank Türen. I am satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the doors themselves. It's a shame that so much corners are cut when using external installers for assembly work. And then, of course, no inspection is even carried out as the company expects. Or that they simply hope the customer won't notice the errors. Unfortunately, experiences like these leave a bad impression on customers.

I absolutely cannot confirm the negative reviews! I have a new front door with vein biometrics from Frank Doors, and I'm very satisfied. The friendly and always helpful nature of everyone I've dealt with at Frank Doors so far is also something you don't often find... I find this company's innovative strength commendable, and I'm excited to see what else Frank Doors will come up with in the future. Keep it up!

Dear Frank people; there's no point in getting you a new, clean Google account. Word has already spread about your reputation ;-) "Attention: humorous entrepreneurs starting up. Greetings from Central Switzerland." What an excellent title for a real-life documentary on Swiss television. It must have come about during Carnival season, with the help of 34 liters of beer, the funny idea of testing customers to see how far they can go. So absurd that it can't be serious. Or can it? The job was to repair an interior door. The hinges had to be adjusted. It took less than 10 minutes. Net. But what I gather from the report must have come from another construction site. Or another planet. The location of the minor repair is Lucerne. The company headquarters is in Buochs. 10 minutes drive time, 12 kilometers away. For normal people. People from Central Switzerland might calculate differently. The route will be important later ;-) Position 1. 5/4 hours for 10 minutes of work. Even with the best Bordeaux, I wouldn't think of charging an extra hour. It was around lunchtime. Maybe this is part of it. No, that can't be right. Yes! Item 2. Administration; CHF 40. I ask. Frank says it's for recording my name and address. Silence. I'm speechless. I have a very simple name. I ask again; QUOTE "...that's because the order is being handled so well." I have everything in writing via email, otherwise I wouldn't believe it myself. So, as a customer of a door company, I pay CHF 40 so they can record my name and address correctly. Like at a lawyer's. Only without the coffee and without a tie ;-) Onward; Item 3. And here you have to take a closer look. Kilometer 42, at CHF 2.30 per kilometer. I looked out. The mechanic, who did a great job and was super punctual, didn't show up in a Lamborghini or a McLaren. But perhaps the glass of beer from Carnival night was simply the starting point for the brilliant idea of testing customers. I'll probably never know. But of course, I'll never pay such a bill either. It's a shame that companies still allow themselves such exploits today, in 2018. Word will get around. The wheat will be separated from the chaff, and the honest and sustainable businesspeople will be able to survive. And only they. Such blunders never led to success. What a pity.
