Softosan extra-soft allergy covers. I'm finding it difficult to write this review because, while the customer service was friendly, the product itself is poor. The organic quality I wanted wasn't available, and we were experiencing acute asthma problems. I was recommended the Softosan extra-soft cover. It feels and behaves like paper. I've only had it for a few weeks, and when I removed the fitted sheet, I noticed that the cover also crumbles like paper. Now, if I wanted to return it due to the poor quality—I ordered a duvet cover and mattress protector—the refund would be enormous. Financially, I could just throw it away. I have no idea how they came to offer a 10-year guarantee. Because of the quality and the return policy, I'm only giving it one star. The availability of the product and the accessibility of the shop are also problematic. Both are rather unreliable.
Very friendly and quick service. Warranty processing was problem-free. I am very satisfied with the customer service. I would gladly use them again.
