I understand that discussing the electricity tariff is not the most important thing today! But the impudence of Zim Group, ZhK Park Land, is going off scale! Under the pretext of war, the developer refuses to transfer houses to "normal tariffs". This is a crime! And he no longer has the strength to tolerate this impudence. 5 UAH per kWh. I can't imagine what it will be like in the heating season, when our house is completely on electricity. Last year, for 24 square meters, with maximum economy and a temperature of 17 degrees, I paid up to 4,500 UAH. There were hundreds of promises that there would soon be a local tariff, not a developer's tariff. But according to the developer, there is a war now - and he doesn't feel like changing the tariff!!!
The company is very difficult. Damage caused by trucks is denied even though it can be proven.
