Raiffeisen Bank Büren is impressive across the board. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in: friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, and above all, advice that truly addresses your individual needs. Questions are explained clearly, without jargon, and they take the time to address every concern. I was particularly impressed by the competence and honesty of the staff. They don't push anything on you; instead, they offer personalized advice. The bank is also exceptionally well-positioned digitally, so online banking and personal support blend seamlessly. For me, this is clearly a bank that deserves your trust and where you feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, it's not possible to open a savings account at Raiffeisenbank Büren if you don't also have your checking account there. This isn't mentioned on their website or anywhere else. Furthermore, I was turned away very quickly and rather rudely. I had a good impression of Raiffeisenbank before, but that has changed drastically. Please make this clear on your website so people don't have to make the trip.
Worst Raiffeisen branch in all of Switzerland!!
