Telephone contact with Mr. B. Schläfli regarding a property listing: Instead of a professional conversation, I was dismissed in a rude and annoyed tone (after just 10 seconds – ("What's this about? Spill it, I'm working!") and the call was abruptly ended – the phone was hung up! Such behavior is neither professional nor customer-oriented for a real estate agent. Very disappointing – especially considering the client he represents.
