The staff here is so nice, you have a big selection of high end fashion, luxurious fragrances and cool Bürgenstock-Merch. You also have a beautiful view of the Lake Lucerne!

I was in the Sky Boutique on August 30, 2023, and wanted to buy some special candlesticks. There was a saleswoman and a salesman there. They must have seen me, but they left me standing there without asking if I needed anything. Instead, they tried to sell me a cup of coffee. Since the cable car was about to leave, I had to leave the store without my purchase. This is the kind of service you get in a five-star resort.

Stylish souvenir store with clothing and shoes. Many items feature the Bürgenstock brand (including glasses, knives, blankets, etc.). A unique feature of the store is the glass-floored balcony and the large drive wheel from the old funicular railway.

The salesperson was absolutely rude, even downright cheeky. A statement like "we're talking about thousands here" is completely unacceptable. Every visitor is a customer.
