I paid for a pre-move-in cleaning with a guarantee of acceptance. The apartment wasn't cleaned well enough. A follow-up cleaning never took place because they "didn't have time." We then agreed that I would finish cleaning the apartment myself and Tiziano Walker (the owner) would compensate me for my time and effort. I wrote to him several times regarding the compensation, but received no response. In my opinion, this is legally questionable.
