I can't understand the reviews here; I had a completely different experience when looking for an apartment. Communication was quick, appointments were always kept, and the service was absolutely friendly and professional. There was never a single reason for complaint during our interactions. On the contrary, I highly recommend Ms. Brunner.
I also can't understand the negative reviews. I'm very satisfied, and I've always found Ms. Brunner to be courteous and dedicated! ☺️
They cheat tenants by sending bills after they move out. They charge for things that weren't there. There are constant water damages that aren't properly repaired, and then they try to charge for those too. Only one key is given out instead of five. When we left the apartment and locked it twice, and then returned, it was sometimes only locked once – strange… Furthermore, they try to intimidate you by phone because the owner is supposedly a "judge," and the very unfriendly property manager is involved in politics… I can't recommend them.
I'm surprised at how quickly Ms. Claudia Brunner's demeanor changed after the apartment viewing when I mentioned that I was now less interested in the apartment. I was even accused of having organized the viewing without any real interest... which, of course, isn't true—I would never have traveled more than an hour for that. In short: if you want to be treated arrogantly, unfriendly, and rudely, Ms. Claudia Brunner is definitely the right person for you. P.S. She tried to convince me that you can't hear the highway at the apartment in question if the windows are closed... which might be true for older ladies with less than perfect hearing. P.S. Unfortunately, it never occurred to me that brand-new apartments in a new, modern development directly on the highway are still being built WITHOUT controlled ventilation... tragic for the planning... and the real estate agent.
