I'm sure the product is great, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called at the beginning of January and had a visit in mid-February. They said I would have the offer by the end of next week... and by mid-March I still haven't received an offer.
My brother was charged €200 more for Aebi blades for a forage wagon than initially agreed upon! He wasn't informed of the price increase or asked if he still wanted them. As a result, he ended up paying twice as much, and the owner was completely unreasonable and denied everything! Furthermore, when he picked up the blades, he refused to give us a price, claiming he hadn't received an invoice or delivery note, which, if true, would be highly unprofessional of Aebi. Even later, they refused to give us the original invoice until everything was paid! Quite strange indeed!
