Ordering and shipping went smoothly and quickly. Purchasing in-store was also straightforward, and the staff were friendly. (Konishi koi food) 1 star deducted for the missing order confirmation and the fact that card or Twint payment is not (yet) possible in-store.

Excellent advice and superb support – once again, a supplier with a great deal of expertise and passion! A huge thank you to the Hokovit team! I've dealt with many incompetent feed producers in the past, but Hokovit is in a completely different league. The koi food is fantastic and highly recommended. The vitality and water quality are amazing (absolutely clear, even at a depth of 1.5/2 meters, I don't see any yellow tint). It's truly astonishing how they achieve this. I've had a koi pond for a good 15 years and have tried numerous producers over the years (including some from overseas), always encountering the same problems. However, I've never noticed such clear improvements with Hokovit feed before. The slightly higher price compared to other koi feed suppliers is therefore completely justified.
