We have bought the table in 2020, in one year it looked as though the table has been used already for many years. Girsberger did not justify our claim! and proposed to renew the surface for the price which equals almost to the half price of the table. What i can say, high prices which does not correspond to the quality! No more furniture from Girsberger!

For a dining room set in this price range, one generally expects a certain level of quality. Our furniture already looks like it came from a discount furniture store after only a short time. We'll buy our next furniture from the large neighboring store for significantly less money and in much better quality, not to mention the customer service. It's a shame when you prioritize local retailers and end up so utterly disappointed. Lesson learned. Addendum to the first review: Over a month ago, I sent an email to customer service, as described in the reply. To this day, I haven't received any response or reaction. If I could, I would give them another one-star rating. Pretending to be interested in a dissatisfied service while actually having no interest in it shows how this company treats its customers. Every discount furniture store does it better.

The quality of some products is questionable. For office chairs, various parts such as the mechanism, gas spring, swivel base, armrests, etc., are sourced cheaply. These chair components are also used in very inexpensive chairs manufactured abroad. The quality differences compared to cheaper products are now very small.
