Since the acquisition by the new owner, Markus Jöhr, Rudolf Geiser AG has undergone significant changes, all of which are positive. The new owner demonstrates a keen understanding of the employees' needs, recognizes their individual strengths and values, and is able to assign them tasks and positions that better match their expectations and skills. Rudolf Geiser AG now has a clearly defined corporate strategy that is firmly embedded in all areas. Internal structures have been optimized, resulting in more efficient processes and significantly shorter decision-making paths. Since Mr. Jöhr's acquisition, Rudolf Geiser AG has evolved into a modern company that keeps pace with the times and continuously adapts to technological developments in its environment. This ensures that working at Geiser remains exciting, varied, and anything but monotonous. After 15 years with the company, I am proud of its positive development, and I have no doubt that I want to remain part of the Geiser team.
Today was my first time in this shop. The service was very friendly, and they were able to fulfill my "special request." Two hours after I received the door hinge, the bathroom door of my camper van was repaired. It's amazing what they have in stock. Highly recommended!!

As a private customer, I receive at least the same professional and friendly service here as I did when I used to visit almost daily as a business customer for work. Large stock availability, quick delivery of the parts I need, and fair prices. They also regularly have great promotions in the showroom.
It's not like it used to be. The store is well-organized. The service is friendly. The prices are too high for my budget. Screws, nuts, and wood screws used to be sold individually. Now they're only available by the package. Even though there are discount stores, more should be done for regular customers, not just businesses. Private customers are customers too, and they bring in money.
