I placed an order on the 11.03.2021 at that time the item was available and it should've been shipped within 2-4 days, till this date 08.04.2021 there's still no any update regarding my order. I'm really so disappointed as the item supposed to be an Easter gift to a friend of mine. I'll wait few days and if I didn't receive my item, I should open a dispute with PayPal. Not Recommended at all.

I would never ever buy anything from this company again. They work for their billing administration with MF Group Billing AG. And this company is very unprofessional. Made me to pay a bill twice. The billing agent was screaming at me on the phone! You don't treat your customer like this. Yonc customer service is also very poor. I would not recommend them at all.

I ordered Christmas present 16.12.21 estimated delivery day was 24.12.21. Today is 16.04.22 still didn’t receive my order!! Wrote an email, no answer. 4 month and still didn’t receive my order!! Update! Never received my order, after almost 5 months they send me a refund and what is more funny the next day after refund I decided to check this item and it was marked as in stock 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 So shipping info is fake
