Iris Seeholzer delivered a truly professional telephone training session for our team over two afternoons. It was tailored to our needs and requirements, with many tangible examples that can be directly implemented in everyday business. The instructor provided good examples and exercises in addition to the theory. The teaching materials are also a good summary in case you forget something.
