This review concerns the service auto-abo from AMAG. 1) Communication at the beginning was terrible. Issue with taking the car over took 3 days because of the slow communication from Amag side. 2) I was not able to see any contract before signing that I took over the car. I would guess this is illegal. 3) “Forced” renewal before the last month is over, if I did not notice or cancel I would be charged for next month. 4) Got confirmed the return date in the webshop and by e-mail, but then I was asked again by the branch when I will return it. Ineffectivity of data transfer in central abo/branch system. I would not recommend AMAG auto abo service until they improve the internal procesess and on-line sales team improves its communication.
Last week I was taking a stroll around Lucerne, and while I was hiding behind a tree and listened to some small people. I heard that they mentioned AMAG and that they work with cars. I have heard about cars before, must be pretty good things. Now, but for real, listen to this, one of my friends works here at AMAG!!!! THAT'S UNREAL. I love it. Really. I will definitely come here if I need anything depending on cars. You know. Since i'm already here... any... any spare cars? I'd take them. Lots of love. ~Me
Very disappointed with the leasing experience with an Audi Q4. Lack of consistency with circular economy principles After-sales and vehicle return experience showed a lack of sincere commitment to circular economy principles, as evidenced by the following: 1. Rear bumper replacement Very slight damage to the plastic rear bumper resulted in a replacement requirement at a cost of CHF 400, rather than a viable repair. 2. Rim replacement Two slightly damaged rims were replaced at a cost of CHF 1,250 each. Alternative garages confirmed that these rims could be repaired to safety and design standards. It seems that the garage favors immediate profit over sustainability. I therefore opted for a repair elsewhere, out of concern for environmental impact and the circular economy.
AMAG Switzerland handles customer relations not only for themselves, but also for Volkswagen AG with respect to customers in Switzerland. What started out as a reasonably polite engagement to try and discuss my dispute (without, however, any real intention to resolving it) quickly degenerated into a stubborn "take it or leave it" stance - even though in my view, Volkswagen was clearly legally in the wrong. While I understand that AMAG is bound to their instructions from Volkswagen, and that Volkswagen thinks it can improve its bottom line by dodging its legal obligations, the manner of communication as conducted by AMAG is highly unprofessional and makes one wonder why the department calls itself Customer "Care": they clearly do not!
Terrible experience, hands down the worse support with unavailable call centres, nowhere to complain or to address issues to. I will never buy or lease again from AMAG.
