A wonderful discovery! Everything is homemade and excellent. There's a salad bar at the entrance which is really very good. The owner is very friendly and recommends great products. We had the Paysanne fondue which was delicious. The fries are homemade (yum!) and so are the sauces. We look forward to returning.
Anyone who hasn't yet experienced the fantastic culinary delights of the Jura region is missing out. The smokehouse is a unique cultural experience and well worth a visit. Combined with the restaurant, which offers a very good selection of meats cooked on hot stones, it's also a memorable experience. Fine smoked sausages with various fillings: beef, pork, mixed, etc., all made in-house. Various items available from our 24/7 vending machine.
Superb place. Quiet and peaceful spot. A truly successful family celebration. The owner is attentive to quality and the service is top-notch. I'll be back as soon as I can.
