We stopped by to buy your specialty "Tête dure" cheese, and it really is better than any Parmesan. I'm so glad I don't have to drive so far anymore, since I can now buy it at the farm shop in Les Roselet.

Tête dure is the best vegetarian Parmesan substitute, in my opinion better than the original. I used to visit regularly because of it, and now it's even available at Aldi.
