We tried out the new bakery in Tramelan—and we absolutely loved it! Our village had been eagerly awaiting the reopening of its only bakery… and now it's finally here! We were charmed by the staff's kindness and smiles, as well as the owner's humor, as he busied himself putting the finishing touches on his new premises. But the best part? The delicious samples we tasted! A very promising start indeed. We can only encourage you to discover—and support—this new business, which looks set to be a real treat. Hello Since it opened two months ago, we've been four times. We really appreciate the Sunday opening. Each time, we've had a chance to chat with the staff or the owner. It's so refreshing. The coffee and pastries are refined and delicious. The video on the wall is mouthwatering, just watching the artisans passionately dedicate themselves to their creations. We also bought some homemade jams; they're delicious. A big thank you and congratulations to the whole team!
