This company is great. They load the trucks very quickly and the office staff is very respectful
I try to contact the winston team, without succes, i called every day, same excuse, in a meeting. I won 2 tickets for the gampel open air, to found out 1 ticket was allready used... had to buy new ticket.... will never take part of winston promotionnal offers again
in my opinion a very bad business development
I arrived to unload at 3:40 PM (Thursday), and they said it was for tomorrow. There's no parking at the company, and it's impossible to find one in the industrial zone. There's a gas station a kilometer away, and there's space for two cars, but that's only if the first one is OK. The company's security guards have a shower and toilet.
They unloaded it quickly, loaded it right away, cleared it through customs, cleared it instantly, the staff was polite, and the shower and toilet were guarded.
The download is just terrible, I've been waiting for the documents for 5 hours, and I still don't know when they will arrive.
