Unfortunately, it's always noticeable when companies get customers "just like that," because everyone needs electricity. I've sadly never encountered a friendly employee at this company. Even yesterday, when I reported a fault, I was brushed off instead of simply being informed about what was happening. It's just a shame I don't have another provider...
