We enjoyed a very interesting tour of the new production facilities and the inviting factory shop. It was fascinating, informative, and above all, impressive to see what is produced there with relatively few employees and primarily local ingredients (apples and pears). The tasting of the various in-house products was the perfect finishing touch to the event. Highly recommended!
