FedEx billing and customer service is straight from hell, the absolute worst of the worst. They send admonitions without sending any bills, they don't respond to emails for 2 weeks, their phone support is unable to look up simple shipment information. I have never experienced anything like it, I hope to never receive a package via FedEx again.
The transport of the 3 packages from Holland to Switzerland went well. However, the delivery was comprehensively chaotic to say the least: Apart from a 4 hour delivery window announced 4 days in advance, no other current updates on the delivery were provided by FedEx (live tracking; advance notice; message with the delivery time, phone call from the driver or similar). The packages were delivered BEFORE the beginning of the announced delivery time slot without any advance notice, while an e-mail informing on the "unsuccessful" delivery was only dispatched AFTER the expiration of the "4 hour delivery window" announced by FedEx. In other words, I unnecessarily waited 4 hours after the unsuccessful delivery attempt took place too early. After substantially more than a dozen occasionally contradicting mail messages from FedEx, about 4 phone calls and an unsuccessful attempt to pick-up the packages from the FedEx dispatch center, I finally collected the consignment myself.
Absolutely insane this company - one big lie! No one takes the phone - they do not understand german - no management during the day on duty - no announcement for a delivery - no email - nothing - worst service in my entire life! For all customers outside of Switzerland - please never ever use Fedex Switzerland - it’s a nightmare as your client!
My experience first time with FedEx was very disappointing. Paid extra cost PRIORITY Express what a waste! My expectations were not met at all. The information provided was unclear and lacking, which caused confusion and inconvenience. Communication was poor, and I did not receive proper updates. I hope they improve their service and transparency in the future.
We had the worst service ever! Between ringing our apartment doorbell and the driver leaving, could have not been longer than 30 seconds. When I got downstairs to open the door, I noticed that the driver was in his car prepared to depart. The reason for him rushing was because he had parked at a red light and he was keen to leave as soon as possible. I took a day of work and this is unacceptable. The parcel has been delivered the following day and the driver insists that he was waiting and we never answered. Another case of don’t believe your lying eyes, believe what I say!
Useless, they can't even be bothered to deliver my parcel, it's at their location and every day I get a new notification that it's coming tomorrow instead. Why bother even being a delivery company? Absolutely crap.
