They're building a district heating pipeline here. This morning I had to move my car in my rented parking space. It didn't occur to anyone to organize this in advance. They promised to find and mark out a replacement space, but that didn't happen initially, so I parked my car back in my original spot. The next day it looked like this – it's completely unacceptable, an absolute outrage!

It's always a huge mess at the construction sites. Any new roads they build can be torn up again because something is opening up again and there's water everywhere.
