The owner simply closed the shop early. It was 7:55 PM and she said they were closed! The cash register had already been balanced at 7:55 PM??? Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Poor or no service. No interest from the staff in showing or selling anything. Self-service store.

The employees have always been super nice and helpful. Apparently, there was some training, because everyone says the same rehearsed line. Perhaps this should be abolished. Other customers and I personally found it a bit uncomfortable. I feel a bit sorry for the employees... they don't need it. But the team only does what they're told.

Hello, I bought a pair of shoes 10 days ago, but they broke after a few days. I wanted to exchange them, but they told me they wouldn't do it without a check. I also haven't received a refund for the defective shoes. This has wasted 45 Swiss francs. And this isn't the first time I've had this problem with shoes from this store. I won't be buying any more shoes in Dosenbach.

Fantastic service!!! I was there last week to buy some new shoes. In my 30 years of shopping, I've never experienced such a great saleswoman as Ms. Hodja. She was so patient and kind! A huge compliment to Ms. Hodja. Dosenbach Dielsdorf should be grateful for such employees.
