I called to ask why they charge me more this month but no one speaks English, that’s not even the main problem, the employee insulted me saying here is Swiss. I don’t need geography lessons from the employee that is supposed to be there to serve me. I know where I am. I need assistance that they fail to provide.
Incompetent! God forbid you have basic german skills and you ask for someone who can speak english, because you will get no help from them. (imagine not having at least 1 person who speaks english in a financial depratment).
They had my details incorrectly and waited a few months for it to accumulate. Now im to suffer the consequences

Simply top-notch! 👏 I signed a lease agreement 3 years ago, requested the final invoice a week ago, and it arrived in my mailbox two days later. I paid the invoice and that was it. I'd love to know why people are giving this one star; it's absolutely outrageous! They were incredibly helpful and friendly with every request. I really don't know which leasing company they're dealing with, but it certainly wasn't Alphera! Many thanks to the Alphera team for being so reliable and competent. Respect! 👍
