Shipping costs were advertised as CHF 0.00 in the online shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Despite this, CHF 14.00 was charged for shipping. When I complained about this by phone, they simply said they certainly don't ship anything for free and that it was just a cosmetic error. They showed no interest in offering any compensation or apologizing. A real shame.

What was ordered was perfect, but it wasn't quite right, so you immediately contacted a debt collection agency without a reminder. Things can go wrong during the Christmas season.
