The agreed-upon timeframe was quadrupled. The mess and waste management spoke for themselves and, even during construction, suggested that sewer lines would become clogged, which is exactly what happened. After the scaffolding was removed and no one ever came back, one must now assume that the unfinished construction work is considered complete. A construction handover was never made. Various defects and construction errors remain to be rectified. The responsible persons cannot be reached. After the recession was written, a joint discussion was sought. Now that we have completed the work ourselves, we would be happy to resume the construction work.
